Kids Summer Holiday Fitness Classes
Fun classes to challenge and develop your children
These classes are aimed at children aged 4-17.
Life requires our children to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely. We’ll teach them to do it.
What is it? It is a strength-and-conditioning programme specifically designed for kids and adaptable to any environment.
Our focus on motor pattern training and physical literacy enhancement optimizes young peoples fitness and elevates their athleticism.
We help protect kids and teens against sports injury, boost their sports performance, and push back against the forces behind obesity.
How old do they have to be?
Box Tots 4-6
Box Kids 7-11
Box Beasts 11-15
Barbell Club 17+
When is it?
Tuesday Mornings in July and August.
Box Kids 11:30am-12:30pm
Box Beasts 10:30am-11:30am
(Box Tots and Barbell Club 1:1 with a coach ask for more info)
