Fun classes to challenge and develop your children

These classes are aimed at children aged 7-15.


Life requires our children to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely. We’ll teach them to do it.

What is it? It is a strength-and-conditioning programme specifically designed for kids and adaptable to any environment.


Our focus on motor pattern training and physical literacy enhancement optimises young people's fitness and elevates their athleticism.


We help protect kids and teens against sports injury, boost their sports performance, and push back against the forces behind obesity.


How old do they have to be?

Box Kids 7-11

Box Beasts 12-15

When is it?

Box Beasts (age 12-15) Wednesdays 4:00pm-4:45pm

Box Kids (age 7-11) Wednesdays 4:45pm-5:30pm

(For younger and older people, Box Tots and Barbell Club we do bespoke 1:1 services).

Starting 15/01/25 all the way through to last week before term finishes, including half term.

How much is it? 

£96.00 per child
